Build the engagement you need and see its indicative cost.

Five choices produce one indicative range. Nothing here is a quote, since every engagement is scoped and confirmed on a 30-minute call, but the order of magnitude should be visible before you book that call.

1 · What kind of organisation are you?

Rates differ by sector. Nonprofit and international rates are lower than public and private rates. Individuals and organisation representatives attending a course are priced per person.

2 · How many staff would this cover?

Size drives how many departments we work with and how many sittings a session needs.

3 · Start with a readiness assessment?

Recommended. It produces the baseline score, the tool inventory and the ranked gap list the rest of the work is built on, and the number you re-measure against later.

4 · Training

General means one organisation-wide session on the shared rules. Department-specific adds a 90-minute lab per department on that team's own tasks, each ending in a playbook.

5 · AI use policy

General means one umbrella policy: permitted uses, red lines, data classification, disclosure, escalation, approved tools. Specific annexes add rules for a particular department or use (casework data, fundraising, HR records) where the umbrella is not enough.

6 · Custom agents, skills and tools

Three different things, priced separately. Each is configured on the platform you already use, tested on your documents and handed over with an operating guide. We configure existing platforms; writing software and training models are outside what we do. See worked examples of each →

7 · Which tasks are you trying to improve?

Optional, and it does not change the price. It tells us which department labs to build first and whether an agent, a skill or a tool would pay for itself.

8 · Anything we should know

Languages, deadlines, sites, data constraints, a funder requirement, or a task not listed above. This is sent with your estimate.

How to read the number

How to read the number.

The range reflects the scope you selected at the rate for your type of organisation. It excludes VAT and travel. Once we have spoken for thirty minutes and know your actual departments, data and constraints, you get a fixed price and a fixed scope in writing, and that number is the one that binds.

Two things move it most: how many departments need their own material, and whether you want us to configure agents or tools on top of training and policy. Two things do not move it: negotiating, and how urgent it is. We do not charge for speed and we do not discount the rate.

Individuals and organisation representatives attending a course are priced per person, and the per-person price decreases as the group grows, up to nine participants. An in-person place starts at CHF 3,500 for one participant with one night included; accommodation and hospitality are charged at CHF 400 per person per night, and online courses carry no such charge.

Departments, task types and anything you write in the notes box do not change the figure. They tell us what to build first, and they reach us with your estimate so the call starts from your situation rather than from a blank page.
