Fluency Support

“How do we keep this from fading within six months?”

The situation

Six months after training, the tools have changed and nobody has re-measured.

The champions who carried it have moved on, the playbooks describe an interface that no longer exists, and the score that justified the expenditure has not been taken again. New staff joined after the session and were never trained at all.

This is the ordinary decay of any capability built in one sitting. It is the reason the engagement ends with a handover rather than a certificate, and the reason this service exists as an option rather than an assumption.

What you hold at the end

A capability that is still in use at twelve months, with evidence that it is.

Examples

What a support month contains.

A retainer, not an open-ended commitment. Three illustrations of what the hours are used for.

Office hours

A live question

The fundraising lead brings a call for proposals the team could not summarise reliably. We work it through on the call, and the pattern that worked is added to that team's page in the next revision.

Revision

A tool changes

An approved tool ships a feature that touches your data rules. We check it against the policy, update the approved list and the affected pages, and flag whether the policy clause itself needs a board round.

Champion coaching

Handing it over

Two named champions are taken through running the general session themselves, with the slides, the exercises and the answers to the questions that always come up.

How we get there

A monthly rhythm agreed at handover.

  1. Handover meeting. What the rhythm covers, who the champions are, and what triggers a policy review.
  2. Monthly office hours, scheduled in advance so they are in people's calendars.
  3. One revision cycle per period for the playbooks and the approved tool list.
  4. Re-score at six months, using the extended instrument against your baseline.

Typical duration: Three to twelve months

Price

Fixed price and fixed scope, agreed in writing.

A monthly retainer over three to twelve months, sized on the number of departments and champions, and billed monthly in advance. It is quoted on the call rather than in the estimator, because it depends on what the delivery engagement left behind.

Thirty minutes establishes whether this is the right service.

If a different one fits better, or none does yet, we will say so on the call.
